At Utkal Vibes, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a flexible exchange and return policy.
1. Return Eligibility
Time Frame: You can return an item within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, gift cards, and items marked as “Sale” cannot be returned.
2. Exchange Process
Request an Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team at utkalvibes@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Processing the Exchange: Once we receive your request, we will check the availability of the desired item. If available, we will initiate the exchange process.
Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the original item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will send the replacement to you within 3-5 working days post receipt of original ordered item. Shipping charges may apply for the exchange.
3. Return Process
Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please email us utkalvibes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting an Issue: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately atsupport@utkalvibes.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including shipping costs.
5. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team. After this period, the order cannot be canceled as it will have already been processed.
6. Refund Policy
Refund Time Frame: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days for the refund to reflect in your account. Refund would be processed & credited within 2-5 working days to original payment method.
