SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped within 1-4 business days after being placed (Monday to Friday). tracking details will be sent to your registered email id once the order is shipped. Delivery typically takes 7-10 days, depending on the destination’s pin code and region.
UNDELIVERED ITEMS
If an order is undelivered due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to our facility. Once we receive the product, we will contact you. For pre-paid orders, you can choose between re-shipping the product or receiving store credits with a validity of 50 days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted. Exchanges can be requested within 24-48 hours of delivery for size issues only.
Exchange Guidelines:
- Products must pass a quality check. Used, damaged, or tagless items will not be accepted.
- Exchanges are subject to size availability. If the desired size is unavailable, store credits or product exchanges will be offered (valid for 50 days).
- Only one exchange is permitted per order. Ensure accurate sizing before requesting.
- If the pin code falls under a non-serviceable category, customers must arrange shipping through a local courier. No additional charges will apply in this case.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
